What are your delivery options?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quick as possible, usually completing on the day ordered, or the next business day.  
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, however, it is usually 1-3 business days from dispatch.

We use an express overnight service via Post Haste. Depending on where you are located through the country, it may take an additional day or two.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk). If you do not receive an email within a day, please contact us via email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz

We use couriers that provide a traceable service. They require a signature in most cases. If a signature is received from the provided address (which could be someone other than yourself). This is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

Rural deliveries do not require a signature. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery.


NZ Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. We charge a delivery fee of $7 if your order is below $50. The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance. 

If it has been longer than 4 business days since you ordered was dispatched and you still haven't received it, please refer to your Shipping notification email to track your order OR contact us on +64 3 684 7027.



What is your returns policy?

We are happy to issue a credit note or exchange your garment within 5 days provided you have your receipt and the garment is unworn with tags attached and is not a SALE item.

Please choose carefully as SALE items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumers guarantee's act.

How do I exchange an item purchased online?

If you need to exchange an item from your order please contact the team via phone on 027 917 5988 or email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz to arrange your exchange. 

We highly recommend that you send your items by tracked courier.

The product is your responsibility until the item is received back by our store(s). Should an item go missing we are unable to provide a refund - so a tracked delivery provides assurance that an item can be found and re-delivered.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with the courier company confirmation along with the parcels tracking number. This can be checked via the courier company's tracking web site.
