What are your delivery options?

We only ship within New Zealand. We currently offer FREE shipping. Delivery can take approx 3-10 business days depending on your location. You can also select to collect your order from in-store.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to issue a credit note or exchange your garment within 5 days provided you have your receipt and the garment is unworn with tags attached and is not a SALE item.

Please choose carefully as SALE items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumers guarantee's act.

How do I exchange an item purchased online?

If you need to exchange an item from your order please contact the team via phone on 027 917 5988 or email: info@chillisandmore.co.nz to arrange your exchange. 

We highly recommend that you send your items by tracked courier.

The product is your responsibility until the item is received back by our store(s). Should an item go missing we are unable to provide a refund - so a tracked delivery provides assurance that an item can be found and re-delivered.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with the courier company confirmation along with the parcels tracking number. This can be checked via the courier company's tracking web site.
