How do I track my order?

We will provide you with the courier company confirmation along with the parcels tracking number. This can be checked via the courier company's tracking web site.

What are your delivery options?

We have a New Zealand wide delivery rate of $5.95. You will be asked to select this option during the checkout process. Delivery will take approx 3-5 business days depending on your location. You can also select to collect your order from in-store.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item from your order please send the item(s) back to Chillis and More, 21 Butler Street Timaru 7910.

We highly recommend that you send your return by tracked courier.

The product is your responsibility until the item is received back by our store(s). Should an item go missing we are unable to provide a refund - so a tracked delivery provides assurance that an item can be found and re-delivered.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do! As international Shipping cost vary depending on destination we will calculate costs on individual orders and advise you of the shipment cost prior to sending.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to issue a credit note or exchange your garment within 5 days provided you have your receipt and the garment is unworn with tags attached and is not a SALE item.

Please choose carefully as SALE items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumers guarantee's act.

We don't refund if you have simply "changed" your mind.
