If you decide to burn your candle... don't trim the wick the first time you burn it, leave it as is. Every time thereafter, trim the wick before you light the candle. This creates a nice clean burn and a steady flame.
Also a little bit of common sense goes a long way to preventing accidents
- never leave a candle unattended
- keep open flames away from children + pets
- draughts or wind can decrease burn time
SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND
We aim to dispatch all orders as quick as possible, usually completing on the day ordered, or the next business day.
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, however, it is usually 1-3 business days from dispatch.
We use an express overnight service via Post Haste or NZ Couries. Depending on where you are located through the country, it may take an additional day or two.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk). If you do not receive an email within a day, please contact us via email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz
We use couriers that provide a traceable service. They require a signature in most cases. If a signature is received from the provided address (which could be someone other than yourself). This is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.
Rural deliveries do not require a signature. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery.
We charge a delivery fee of $10 for NZ Wide Shipping. The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance.
