The professional tarnish removal cloth by Stolen Girlfriends Club, is designed for a two-step process to restore jewellery regardless of its condition. First, use the chemically treated white side to strip tarnish from sterling silver. Then, the black side buffs the surface to a clean, revived finish.

Avoid using on-plated jewellery, as it may strip surfaces, revealing base metal colours. Safe for use on gemstone-adorned styles.

SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND

We aim to dispatch all orders as quick as possible, usually completing on the day ordered, or the next business day.  
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, however, it is usually 1-3 business days from dispatch.

We use an express overnight service via Post Haste or NZ Couries. Depending on where you are located through the country, it may take an additional day or two.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk). If you do not receive an email within a day, please contact us via email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz

We use couriers that provide a traceable service. They require a signature in most cases. If a signature is received from the provided address (which could be someone other than yourself). This is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

Rural deliveries do not require a signature. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery.


We charge a delivery fee of $10 for NZ Wide Shipping. The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance. 

If it has been longer than 4 business days since you ordered was dispatched and you still haven't received it, please refer to your Shipping notification email to track your order OR contact us on +64 3 684 7027.
