We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, however, it is usually 1-3Ā businessĀ days from dispatch.

We use an express overnight service viaĀ Post Haste or NZ Couries. Depending on where you are located through the country, it may take an additional day or two.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk). If you do not receive an email within a day, please contact us via email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz

We use couriers that provideĀ a traceable service. They require a signature in most cases. If a signature is received from the provided address (which could be someone other than yourself). ThisĀ is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

Rural deliveries doĀ not require a signature. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

We charge a delivery fee of $10 for NZ Wide Shipping. The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance.Ā

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to issue a credit note or exchange your garment within 5 days provided you have your receipt and the garment is unworn with tags attached and is not a SALE item.

Please choose carefully as SALE items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumers guarantee's act.

How do I exchange an item purchased online?

If you need to exchange an item from your order please contact the team via phone on 027 917 5988 or email: chillis_streetwear@xtra.co.nz to arrange your exchange.Ā

My sister and I came in on Sunday and the lady that served us was absolutely amazing. I was only there with my sister to have a look and knew I wasn't going to be buying anything as I'm a single mother of four but for about half an hour I didn't feel like that, "just a mum" or "fat and nothing would fit". This lady found things for me to try on that made me feel a million dollars and although I didn't buy anything I walked out with a spring in my step.

I just wanted to drop a line and say how much I appreciate the service you and the Chillis staff provide me.Ā

You keep me personally updated with new items as they come into store, deliver clothes to me at work and are literally at my beck and call.Ā  This is so appreciated when I can not always get to the store in work hours.

I love the diverse range of unique clothes that you have and that you do not flood the market with heaps of the same items.

I recently had a look in Christchurch, shopping with my son and ended up bringing him into your store when he was home, even though it is in between seasonā€™s, your staff still managed to find him the perfect items he was looking for.

Keep up the good work, your store service is unmatched.

Thank you for all your time knowledge and expertise you and your staff have provided.

Hear from you soon with new items in stockšŸ˜Š
