Strawberry, Tarragon & Prosecco Granita Frostie from Tippl

Strawberry, Tarragon Prosecco Granita … yummmmmmm! Make your own frozen cocktails with tippl frostie mixes . . . super easy to make and ridiculously good . . . frozen cocktails are a thing this summer! Name a better combo than strawberries and bubbles . . . we’ll  wait. Now add a teensy pinch of tarragon (because we’re a  bit posh) and freeze it to make a light, refreshing icy cold granita. Dangerously delicious! 

Just mix your tippl frostie with your favourite fizzy wine (we love It with prosecco) and water, freeze it, give it a shimmy and voilà frozen boozy granita - so good!

Instructions:
Pour 500ml boiling water into a large bowl then carefully whisk sachet ingredients into it until 100% dissolved. Slowly stir in 500ml of your fave bubbles (watch out for the foam) Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for two hours. Scrape the frozen edges into the centre with a fork and pop it back into the freezer, repeat hourly, until the granita is icy and flaky. Scrape granita into glasses to serve, add extra fizz if you're feeling a bit fancy. Or if you're hopeless at remembering like us, just leave it to freeze and give it a good old mash with a fork when you're ready to serve.
